I'm happy to make my screen-resolution images available for non-commercial use under a Creative Commons license. You agree to give photo credit. The photo credit should say "photo by bob brussack courtesy of athensview.com." You agree that any online use will be accompanied by a link to www.athensview.com. Also, please be aware that I make only editorial use of my images on the site and on my tumblr blog. I do not secure formal model releases. Any use you make of my images is subject to the condition that you indemnify me for any liability I incur on account of your use. I try to be respectful of those I include in my images, and I expect you to be respectful as well.

My standard rate for a non-exclusive commercial license for a screen resolution image is $25. My standard rate for a non-exclusive commercial license for a print resolution image is $40.
